3. A complete production line for the assembly of surface-mounted circuit boards:

• MPM Accuflex soldering iron printer
• Two MyData MY12 ladder machines
• BTU VIP98 soldering jet
• RTX-113HV X-ray

Our line capacity is between 12,000 and 13,000 components per hour, and we can produce components ranging from 0402 chip resistors up to large QFN and BGA microcircuits.
We also have a SEHO 8040 wave soldering machine. We use RTX-113HV x-ray to check the soldering of BGA circuits.
